Bonjour à tous!
In September 2007, St. Theresa’s N.S. joined the Modern Languages in Primary Schools Initiative, which aims to introduce modern languages (French, German, Spanish and Italian) at primary school level. 5th and 6th Classes in our school are now learning French and additionally 3rd and 4th classes are also participating. Topics covered include greetings, colours, numbers, names of days and months, weather, pastimes, family, food, etc. Aspects of French culture are introduced, and games as well as songs make learning fun. Our French teacher is Cepta Stephens our teacher and principal. We love learning the language. A bientot!
