The great news we have to celebrate at the moment is that our second Comenius Application was successful. We will begin shortly a new two year project entitled. N. I.F. E. Natural Ideas for Europe in conjunction with the other six countries in our EU project. The countries are: Iceland, Fiinland, Germany, Belgium, Slovenia and Italy.
The project commences with preparation of Surprise Boxes to be exchanged with our partner countries and many more activities. Subseqently, the first visit is actually toour school and teachers from the six countries will visit us adn stay in our area from Tue to Sat 25-29th of September. More details to follow. Today in Ireland, we celebrate Katie Taylor's vistory in winning a gold medal in boxing for Ireland in the Olympics. We are so proud of her and the example she sets for all is exemplary. Congratulations Katie!
